Assumptions of the scope and pricing

The office appoints a subject-matter owner, provides materials with the right to use them and approves the test answers. We agree delivery dates after reviewing samples of the data. Manuscripts, restoring damaged documents, integrations with line-of-business systems, migrations and on-premise deployments require separate pricing. The pilot requires the corpus and the question set from stage 2 or equivalent materials from the office.

Hosting from 2,900 PLN is a proposal for a base plan, dependent on the model and the resources verified in the pilot. A dedicated GPU and additional redundancy are priced separately. There are no automatic surcharges for exceeding the limit: increasing the scope requires agreement. We do not declare a ready production environment or an SLA for the office before it is contracted.

Purchasing and estimating the contract value

From 1 January 2026 the national threshold for applying the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) to classic contracts is 170,000 PLN net. A purchase below the threshold still requires applying the relevant rules and the unit's own regulations. The office estimates the value, taking into account the full expected scope, the hosting period and options. The stages of the offer are not meant to split a contract in order to avoid the act. PLLuM and Bielik are candidates for testing. The choice of a specific version depends on answer quality, licence and available infrastructure.

Data you can take away

We hand over the corpus, metadata and the test set in an open format. You can use them with the next model or contractor.

Hosting agreed with IT

We design a variant in a data centre in Poland or on-premise. Location, backups, subcontractors and access terms go into the contract.

Logs with a defined purpose

We agree the scope and retention period with the DPO, in line with the nature of the system. We do not automatically copy the content of conversations into public datasets.

Proof of quality

The report also shows errors and limitations. Including questions in a public benchmark requires separate consent and a review of the data and rights.

The AI Act and source materials

The team's skills, oversight and documentation are part of preparing for deployment. Training alone does not confirm compliance with the AI Act. The obligations depend on the office's role and the use; check the current timeline before launching the system.
