01 / PRIVACY
Understand your data path.
Current synchronous and streaming /v1/chat/completions requests use application-level zero data retention, including free API keys. Prompt and response content is processed in memory and is not stored in the operational request database or the free prompt collection. It is not used for model improvement. Commons enrolment and new contributions are paused. Data controls.
This is the current, temporary application-level operation for new chat-completion requests. Queued batches, browser demo endpoints and other stateful services have separate retention rules and are outside this ZDR statement. Account, billing and operational metadata remain. This statement does not claim deletion of previously retained content or an independent infrastructure audit. The privacy policy describes the scope. Poland-only processing requires a separately agreed scope.
02 / RELIABILITY
Check service visibility.
The public status page reports monitoring observations. Missing or stale measurements should be treated as unknown.
A public status percentage is not a contractual SLA. Availability, capacity, response times and recovery commitments require an enterprise agreement.
03 / SECURITY

We do not currently claim ISO certification, a SOC 2 report or a completed independent penetration test.
04 / PROCUREMENT
Specify the service you need.
Enterprise contract materials are being prepared: order form, service agreement, DPA, SLA, acceptable-use and security schedules.
Subprocessor disclosures, processing locations, support coverage and recovery targets must be finalized for the contracted service before signature.
